As for the main exam, an additional 30 minutes (from 11:00-11:30) will be reserved for handing in the solutions. It will be an open book exam. The duration of the working time will be 3 hours (180 minutes).
  • Allowed materials: (1) As for the main exam, the retake exam is open book, therefore allowed materials include e.g. collections of mathematical furmula, electronic calculators, books, notes and scripts of any kind. (2) In the exam you may only hand in hand-written solutions, however the use of iPads/tablets is allowed (must be placed in flight mode during the exam!!). (3) The use of computer algebra software is not permitted and would not give anyone an advantage.
  • All students are required to bring a valid form of ID (e.g. student/ID card, passport etc.) with them to the exam room to prove their identity. Otherwise you cannot take the exam!
  • Students intending to participate in the retake exam must register via LSF beginning on Monday 19.08.2024 until 09.09.2024. Exchange students can register directly via email to Fabian.GrusdtATphysik.uni-muenchen.de.
