T_M1/TV: Quantum Mechanics II – Exams
The retake exam including the review is over. The final grades of retake exam should be accessible via moodle and for those who took both exams the better grade counts.
To get Scheine, you should fill out the Schein and send it to Mrs. Wiesbeck-Yonis by email as soon as possible, preferably before 7th August (otherwise there might be significant delays in getting it back due to current situation).
The retake exam will take place online on 17th July 9:00-12:00. The solutions can be uploaded via moodle until 12:30, afterwards no solutions can be accepted. In the case of technical difficulties contact us via zoom or phone numbers given below BEFORE the deadline for uploading the solutions.
Students who want to take the exam are required to register before 10th July 13:00 via LSF.
The exam will be distributed and collected via moodle. Make sure that you have access to moodle in general before Friday 10th July 13:00. After Friday 10th July 13:00 we will send you the information how to access the QM2 exam on moodle. Once you receive the moodle password you should register by Monday 13th July 13:00.
You should print and fill in the front page here and in order to participate in the exam also the declaration here and submit them together with the solution in one pdf file on moodle.
On Tuesday 14th July 10:00-10:30 you will have a possibility to download via moodle a (non-quantum mechanics) mock exam and upload your solution to see if everything works for you as it should. It is in your own interest to try to upload an actual scanned exam (or a photo taken by a phone). We will let you know if your uploaded mock exam is not of acceptable quality for printing and correcting.
During the retake exam (not during the mock exam) there will be a zoom session for possible questions about the exams. The link will be provided later. In the case of other problems you can call +49892180-4545 or +49892180-4598.
After finishing the exam a scanned copy of the exam should be uploaded in 30min after the end of exam. One can also use a phone to take a photo using applications like CamScanner. It is important that the scanned exam should be readable after printing it on black and white printer. Students who have problem accessing scanner/mobile phone with camera should contact the tutors before Friday 10th July to discuss alternative solutions of delivering the exam.
It is allowed to use the lecture notes and the solutions from tutorials during the exam.
