Ultra-Cold Neutrons (UCN) can easily be stored for long time periods (several tens of minutes). These long observation times offer the possibility to investigate the fundamental properties of the neutron with highest precision. At the FRM II a new strong UCN-source is currently built up, together with two precision experiments, investigating a possible electric dipole moment (EDM) of the neutron and measuring the lifetime of the free neutron. This talk will give an overview of the projects, their current status and further developments.
